Charlotte was an absolute professional on my wedding morning. She completely fitted in and one of my bridesmaids actually asked how i knew Charlotte! She was a wonderful calming influence on us all. She listened to what everyone wanted and didn't stop until she was confident that each person was totally happy with their hair. 

I was so impressed with the fantastic things you managed to do to my appreance 5 minutes before the doors opened on the night of our Hunt Ball.
